For those of you who are aspired to assume more leadership role, this job description is a very good plan for backward design. In other words, you may begin to engage yourself in some of the tasks to prepare yourself in the role. Get to know your state supervisor and offer support for him/her as well. It’s a two-way street, and collaboration is always needed and appreciated.
